Marketing Manager

Description
- Plan and manage the production of a variety of video and informational content for the media, mainly the company’s social media channels, such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Twitch.
- Manage promotional budgets and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and grow the company’s social media following, ensure that the posts and videos are engaging, as well as rapidly and correctly responding to questions or comments from the public.
- Assist the company leadership with marketing advice, utilizing a strong understanding of the gaming space.
- Initiate market research studies and evaluate public response to company’s promotional efforts through social media engagement.
- Review and evaluate prepared content to determine if corrections are necessary, exploring multiple directions if needed.
- Direct the hiring of content development staff and oversee their daily activities.
- Evaluate the ongoing campaigns to determine whether they are compatible with the company’s vision, and to create content best suited for the target audience.
- Assist in developing and maintaining of the company’s identity.
- Ensure the content that is communicated through the media channels always produces the desired effect, and offer the approaches best suited to produce the desired engagement of the public.
- Have a solid understanding of a variety of computer editing (Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design programs (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
Requirements
- At least 24 months of proven experience as a Media relations manager, Marketing manager or in any related occupation.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or any related field of study.
Compensation
Starting at $110,115.00 per year
